In 2023, we took an important step forward by publishing our first Sustainability Report, developed in collaboration with Up2You, a company that specializes in sustainability reporting. This report reflects our dedication to reducing our environmental impact, promoting social well-being, and maintaining strong governance practices. It also serves as a transparent and comprehensive overview of our sustainability efforts, and we are proud to share it with our stakeholders.

Environmental Responsibility: Reducing Our Carbon Footprint

We recognize that the environmental impact of our operations extends beyond the products we create. In line with our commitment to minimizing this impact, we have undertaken a thorough analysis of our greenhouse gas emissions, categorizing them into Scopes 1, 2, and 3:

• Scope 1 (direct emissions): Includes emissions from natural gas used in our operations and fuel for company vehicles.

• Scope 2 (indirect emissions from electricity): Covers the energy we purchase to power our facilities.

• Scope 3 (other indirect emissions): Spans the emissions from our supply chain and the distribution of our products.

In 2023, we focused on reducing the carbon footprint across all three scopes, with a strong emphasis on Scope 3, which accounts for the largest portion of our emissions. Our efforts include improving our packaging materials, reducing the use of plastic, and working with our suppliers to adopt more sustainable practices.
