We guarantee on all custom bikes ordered on the site delivery within 90 days.
You can choose between picking up the bike in the shop and the 'white gloves delivery' option. In the first case our official dealer will take care of setting up and delivering the bike to you, in the second case we will come directly from Cambiago to deliver the bike to your home.

Delivery times
All bicycles that can be configured and purchased from the website are built to order. The moment we receive the order confirmation, the processes of tube gluing, painting and assembly begin, following a fully bespoke, almost tailor-made process.
For each order placed, we guarantee delivery within 90 days from order confirmation. The actual number of days depends on the queue of orders received. During certain periods of the year, we may even be able to deliver your bike well before, but never beyond the stated 90 days.
More accurate information on delivery times is provided when the online order is placed. Once you have paid the initial deposit, you will receive an email from a Colnago manager who will provide you with more precise details about the timing.
Shipping options: pick up in store
In-store pick-up is the standard option for bike delivery. When you place your order, you can pick a dealer near you from which to collect your bike.
If you need product assistance, this dealer will be your point of contact, also for any returns and work to be carried out under warranty.
Shipping options: white glove delivery
When you select white glove delivery, a Colnago representative will come and deliver the bike from Cambiago directly to your home.
They will carry out an initial set-up of the saddle and handlebars and make sure it is perfectly ready for your cycling.
Also included is a special bike bag, created by scicon in collaboration with Colnago and a Castelli x Colnago kit in your size.
If you need product assistance, Colnago will be your direct point of contact, also for any returns and work to be carried out under warranty.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary from country to country:
In Italy, delivery takes 5 days
In Europe it takes 7 days
In the rest of the world 10 days
I want to order a bicycle and an accessory, when will they be delivered?
For orders containing a bicycle and a non-bike item, when you are contacted after pre-ordering your bike, you can choose when you wish to receive the accessory. You can have it delivered together with the bike or immediately.
Right of return for second thoughts
As provided for by EU legislation, the right of return applies to all products sold online by Colnago, except for bicycles customised using the configurator. You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to return the purchased goods to Colnago.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom-made bicycles ordered via the online configurator fall into the category of customised products and are made to order. For this reason, Colnago will not accept the return of these products, except in cases of non-conformity.
Right of return for non-conformity and work to be carried out under warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty. This warranty covers all repairs and replacements due to product defects.
Collection and shipping costs are the responsibility of the company.

Colnago reserves the right to assess the damage or non-conformity and to determine whether it is due to an actual factory defect in the product or to any damage not covered by the warranty, such as damage caused due to accident, neglect or wear and tear.
